Chief Development Officer, focusing on advanced recycling initiatives, plays a crucial role in energy management and the promotion of renewable fuels.

Mr. Baccus has over 40 years of experience in the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors and is a former marine. In 2010, he founded Flagship Resources, which invested in process technologies for advanced recycling to manufacture ULSD, gasoline, and high-value specialty refined products. The company moved crude and finished products by pipeline, rail, truck, and barge, engaged in energy management through trading and marketing, and was one of the first to export ULSD by rail to Mexico. Currently, he is focused on developing technologies that utilize biomass and bio-waste to process raw materials for the production of renewable fuels. Prior to Flagship, he served as president of Taladro Resources, which participated in various upstream and midstream projects.

The Chief Strategy Officer plays a vital role in steering the company towards innovative solutions, including advanced recycling initiatives and effective energy management strategies that support the development of renewable fuels.

Mr. Hencke has over 17 years of experience in business development, acquisitions, strategy, and operations of major energy assets, spanning the natural gas, crude oil, refined products, and petrochemicals industries. He is currently the Founder/Owner of Cypress Management Group, LLC, a professional consultancy established in 2021 that focuses on energy management and the development of energy and transportation-related projects. Recently, he played a lead role in a large-scale advanced recycling project proposed in the U.S. His expertise also includes key roles in the development of major energy infrastructure projects, such as rail, pipeline, storage, and marine facilities, along with experience in commodity trading and commercial operations related to renewable fuels. 

He graduated from Regis University in 2005 with a B.A. in Management and Economics.

Chief Commercial Officer responsible for overseeing initiatives in advanced recycling, energy management, and the development of renewable fuels.

Mr. Fasullo has 46 years of experience in the midstream, refining, and petrochemical sectors, with a strong focus on energy management and advanced recycling initiatives. He began his career as a process engineer designing ethylene plants with MW Kellogg. After obtaining his MBA, he transitioned into a role as a market and strategic consultant for Pace Consultants and Engineers. Over his 14 years at Valero Energy (1983-1997), he held various executive management positions, including Senior VP of Corporate Development, where he played a crucial role in restructuring the company into a major independent refining and marketing entity. He served as the Head of Corporate Development for MAPCO, Inc., where he was instrumental in merging the company with The Williams Companies in 1998. In 1999, he co-founded En*Vantage, Inc., an energy investment and advisory firm that provided market analysis and strategic consulting, including assessments of market trends, strategy development, and project evaluation, particularly in renewable fuels. He was a board member for American Midstream Partners from 2016 to 2019, and served on the Rice Engineering Alumni board from 2019 to 2022, as well as the Petrochemical Feedstock Association of Americas’ board from 1997 to 1998.

As the Chief Executive Officer, I am focused on advancing our initiatives in advanced recycling, optimizing our energy management systems, and promoting the use of renewable fuels to drive sustainable growth.

Mr. Sawchuk has extensive experience leading major petrochemical projects, focusing on advanced recycling, negotiating feedstock contracts, product marketing, and energy management for asset optimization. He is the Founder & President of Petrochemical Strategies, a Houston-based consulting firm that provides executive expertise for NGL and petrochemical projects, litigation support, and joint ventures related to renewable fuels. With over 25 years of experience, including 16 years in senior roles at BASF and BASF TOTAL Petrochemicals, he recently served in a Senior Advisory role to a prospective buyer of a major international plastic pyrolysis operator. Mr. Sawchuk is a former President and board member of the Southwest Chemical Association and is actively involved as a board member for multiple local organizations, including The Founders Club, Houston Marathon Foundation, and previously as Vice Chair of the Houston Food Bank.
